I'll Be There for You

I didn't think I'd upload this. This is one of my "stupid doodles" I never post on dA.
Either way, here it is, hope you like.
I'm going to use this space to talk now.

So, the thing that made me draw this is the development in their relationship.
I got a lot of this from a comment somewhere.

Anyway, here we go.
Since their first moment in chapter 23 was very "brotherly" or "fatherly" or whatever you (or Break) call it, I really thought they were cute like that. Romance was not coming in to my head. When I saw people shipping this, I was okay but I didn't really go with it. In that scene, Break denied having any feelings at all for her with the excuse "You're mother would have killed me if I didn't protect you." Either way, she was crying while Break comforted her.

From there, they acted like normal, always Break teasing her and Sharon attacking as a reply. Little things, like them thinking in Telekinesis and eating together and laughing.

Then there was the time Break left and was hurt when he got back. Sharon noticed him pushing was trying to get stronger for Break in chapter 43. She understood she wasn't really "by his side" if she continued to be weak and rely on him and her chain.

Later, in chapter 49, Break is blind and when he tells her, she doesn't cry like he thought, she tried acting supportive even when she was blushy and teary eyed. At that moment, I don't think Break still saw her as a daughter or sister. He saw her as a strong woman.

When that was all over, Sharon went to go talk to him, and when Break admits he was embarrassed about what happened, Sharon pointed out a lot more things he should be embarrassed about. Break laughs and leans on Sharon, acting content with the fact he was acting useless. Now Sharon is the one there for him, strong like she wanted. At this point, they do seem to have a romantic relationship.

It went from Sharon crying in Break comfort to Break Sulking in Sharon's support. How sweet.

If you think about now though, Break is in a dungeon and Sharon isn't acting very supportive. She is with her Grandmother is probably fine without her. This picture is just a thought of how Sharon can continue to be there for Break as an equal.

However, everything that happened between them might just be Mochizuki-sensei's way of preparing Sharon for Break's death, since from the very beginning he's shown his awareness that he might be dying soon.
But I don't want Break to die so I'm going with them becoming more.
